PRIME SUPERMARKET LIMITED is hiring a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker for its fresh goods distribution hub, PRIME MART TRADING PTE LTD, located in the Defu Lane industrial area. This Permanent, Full-Time role is essential for maintaining the quality and freshness of produce before it reaches retail shelves.


📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the careful handling and processing of fresh inventory:

  • Quality Assurance: Check goods for freshness, perform meticulous sorting, and ensure items are packed correctly to maintain high standards.

  • Stock Management: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient goods flow and maintain accurate inventory counts.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Ensure all work areas are kept clean, neat, and organized to comply with food safety standards.

  • Produce Handling: Handle all fresh goods with extreme care to prevent damage or spoilage.


🎓 Job Requirements

  • Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates, though 1 year of experience in general work or logistics is preferred.

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and work comfortably in a cold room environment.

  • Skills: Possess a “good eye” for quality checks to identify sub-standard produce.

  • Certification: A valid Forklift License is highly preferred.
