SEAH’S SPICES FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support their operations at Senoko Food Connection. This is a Junior Executive role specifically designed for those seeking a stable morning schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The role is a mix of traditional office administration and hands-on e-commerce fulfillment:

  • Documentation: Issue invoices and generate delivery orders (DO) accurately for daily operations.

  • Logistics Support: Arrange delivery routes and manage data entry and filing for the logistics team.

  • E-commerce Fulfillment: Pack online orders for delivery to customers.

  • Inventory & Finance: Assist with inventory management, stock takes, goods returns, and tracking accounts receivable.

  • Customer Service: Handle basic inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, and perform courtesy calls.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in an administrative role.

  • Availability: Seeking candidates who can start work immediately.

  • Traits: Ability to handle multiple ad-hoc tasks and support daily operations efficiently.

Working Hours & Schedule

This position offers Flexi-Hours specifically within a fixed morning window:

  • Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5 hours daily).

  • Total Hours: 20 hours of work per week.

Salary & Benefits

The salary is fixed at $1,300 per month for the 20-hour work week.
