Key Responsibilities
The role is a mix of traditional office administration and hands-on e-commerce fulfillment:

Documentation: Issue invoices and generate delivery orders (DO) accurately for daily operations.

Logistics Support: Arrange delivery routes and manage data entry and filing for the logistics team.

E-commerce Fulfillment: Pack online orders for delivery to customers.

Inventory & Finance: Assist with inventory management, stock takes, goods returns, and tracking accounts receivable.

Customer Service: Handle basic inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, and perform courtesy calls.

Working Hours & Schedule
This position offers Flexi-Hours specifically within a fixed morning window:
