FUTURE BRIGHT PTE. LTD. is recruiting Passenger Service Agents on behalf of UBTS PTE LTD to manage ground handling and passenger services at the airport. This Contract role is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced travel environment and providing high-quality customer service.
📋 Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
Agents are responsible for the entire departure process, from the initial greeting to final flight management:

Passenger Check-In: Meet and greet airline passengers, verify travel documents, and check in passengers for departure flights. You will be responsible for ensuring that all travel visa requirements are strictly met.

Baggage Handling: Check baggage, issue baggage tags, and collect excess baggage charges where applicable.

Flight Management: Manage airline flight departures and issue boarding passes while ensuring a smooth and efficient departure process for all travelers.

Policy Communication: Relay airline policies to passengers and provide accurate travel and airport information.

Technical Tasks: Perform basic computerized transactions to record passenger data and flight status.
🎓 Requirements & Skills

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in customer service or travel/tourism. However, the role is also open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates with the right aptitude.

Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills for meet-and-greet services and the ability to handle computerized check-in systems.

Scheduling: Must be comfortable with Creative Scheduling and working in a dynamic airport environment.
⏰ Working Hours & Schedule
The role requires high availability to match flight schedules:

Work Week: 6 Days Work Week.

Shifts: Rotating 9-hour shifts.
💰 Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $2,350 (Note: This range excludes overtime pay).
