THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is conducting a mass hiring for Plant Nursery / Landscape Workers – SM09]. While the company is a Landscaping & Plantation firm, staff will be outsourced to work at various hospitals across Singapore, including Novena, Jurong East, Sengkang, Yishun, Khatib, Farrer Park, Tengah, and Bukit Batok]. This is a Permanent, Full Time position.
Key Responsibilities
The job scope involves comprehensive garden and landscape maintenance. Primary duties include weeding and mulching landscape beds, as well as trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs. Workers are responsible for removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees and planting new shrubs, flowers, and trees. Maintenance tasks also include watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes, grass cutting, and fertilizing plants. Additionally, workers must monitor and maintain overall plant health.
Required Qualifications
Due to the hospital work environment, candidates must be Covid vaccination certified.
Experience Needed
This role is open to Fresh/entry level candidates, and no prior experience is required. However, the company prefers individuals with basic plantation knowledge and gardener experience.
Skills and Competencies
The working schedule is 5.5 days per week with Sundays off. Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday).
Benefits
The fixed basic salary is $1,950 Monthly, $1,945to$1,950 Monthly]. Employees are entitled to Medical Benefits and a Bonus.
