NABA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is hiring Plaster Men to join their construction team based at Cuff Road. This Full Time role is ideal for individuals looking for hands-on work in the building and construction sector, focusing on surface preparation, tiling, and masonry repairs.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a wide variety of structural and finishing tasks to ensure durable and safe building interiors and exteriors:

Plastering & Masonry: Prepare and mix raw materials to produce plaster. You will also lay bricks or blocks to build or repair structures and make necessary repairs to sheetrock and masonry surfaces.
Tiling & Flooring: Remove, apply, and repair ceramic tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings. You will also prepare cement floors, sidewalks, and stairs to create level, stable surfaces.
Finishing & Sealing: Mix and apply adhesives, cements, and grouts. You will also install grout for door jambs and apply non-skid safety strips to enhance floor safety.
Installation & Maintenance: Securely hang wall fixtures like dispensers and holders. You must also maintain a clean work environment by removing waste and debris daily.

Experience: No prior experience is required; this is a Fresh/Entry Level position suitable for those willing to learn the trade.
Skills: Ability to follow workmanship schedules and prepare surfaces thoroughly for various coverings.
