Poultry Processing Worker

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Poultry Processing Worker for a poultry farm operation. The work location is in Boon Lay. This is a Permanent, Full Time, Non-executive position.

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on the standardized preparation of poultry products within a temperature-controlled environment:

• Machine Operation: Operate various food preparation machines and equipment effectively.

• Standard Procedures: Strictly follow all food processing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specific recipes.

• Safety & Hygiene: Ensure the workplace remains safe and adheres to high hygiene standards at all times.

Required Qualifications & Traits

• Personal Hygiene: Must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene suitable for food production.

• Physical Stamina: Candidates must be able to cope with the physical demands of the role:

  • Working in cold temperatures (10°C to 15°C).

  • Standing for long periods.

  • Carrying product baskets weighing 10kg to 15kg.

• Experience: This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required.

Working Hours & Shifts

The role offers a 5-day or 6-day work week with 12-hour shifts.

• Day Shifts Available: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Benefits

The estimated monthly gross salary ranges from $2,500 to $2,900.

• Basic Salary: $1,600 – $1,800.

• Incentives: Overtime (OT) pay is provided.
