JX2 (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join their construction team. This is a Full Time, Professional role based at their Sims Avenue office, with work executed at various construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires high technical skill to ensure quality finishes on building surfaces:

Surface Preparation: Clean, level, and apply bonding agents to walls and ceilings to prepare them for plastering.

Application: Apply plaster to achieve specific smooth or textured finishes. You will also mix materials according to precise project specifications.

Repairs & Installation: Repair cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces. When required, you will install plasterboard, cornices, and decorative moldings.

Compliance: Ensure all work aligns with architectural drawings and site requirements while maintaining strict workplace safety regulations.

Tool Management: Safely and correctly operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience within the construction industry.

Education: Minimum educational background of Primary, Secondary, or ‘O’ Level.

Traits: Ability to follow supervisor instructions closely and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
Working Hours & Schedule

Work Week: This position requires a 6-day work week.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this professional role ranges from $3,300 to $4,500.
