L’OREAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy and consumer engagement from their regional headquarters at One Raffles Quay. This is a Permanent, Full Time leadership role designed for an experienced marketer ready to manage a high-profile beauty portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and executing localized marketing strategies for the brand:

Strategic Planning: Define the 3-year marketing plan and set strategic directions for the brand, including portfolio priorities like new launches and core catalogue animation.

Market Insights: Steer the collection and analysis of consumer data and market trends to ensure new product developments meet regional needs.

Campaign Execution: Take ownership of international launches, creating a localized “angle of attack” to build integrated and engaging 360/IMC/Digital consumer experiences.

Financial Management: Manage the full P&L, including sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and brand profitability.

Stakeholder Leadership: Mobilize cross-functional departments (Sales, Logistics, Education) and partner agencies to develop broader business strategies.

Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering their expertise and professional growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing or Public Relations.

Skills: Strong proficiency in managing the marketing mix, digital strategies, and retail adaptation. Must be an effective communicator capable of presenting clear messages to top management.

Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this senior position ranges from $8,000 to $12,000.
