Retail Assistant (Promoter)

ASUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking dynamic Retail Assistants to represent their “In Search of Incredible” brand across various islandwide locations. This Full Time, Contract role is ideal for tech enthusiasts who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy demonstrating innovative hardware.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of ASUS, helping customers discover the right technology solutions:

Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage with customers, assessing their needs to suggest the best ASUS products and solutions.
Product Demonstration: Showcase the unique features of ASUS products or services to potential buyers, acting as a tech expert.
Sales Excellence: Use upselling techniques and provide advice on current sales and promotions to achieve individual and store sales goals.
Visual Merchandising: Set up and maintain demonstration areas, ensuring they are clean, restocked, and well-maintained throughout the day.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: While 2–3 years of IT retail experience is a strong advantage, ASUS welcomes candidates with no experience or experience in other retail sectors.
Mindset: Must be highly customer-oriented and sales-driven with a proactive approach to technology.
Availability: Prepared to work in a retail environment with a 6-day off-per-month rotation.
