M1 LIMITED is looking for a Retail Associate to join their sales team. While the headquarters is at International Business Park, the role involves frontline customer engagement and sales of mobile services. This is a Permanent, Non-executive position.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on driving sales while maintaining high service standards for M1 customers:

Sales Transactions: Perform sales for mobile devices, smartphones, and various M1 services.

Customer Inquiry: Handle questions and resolve issues regarding mobile plans and digital services.

Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of service and effective communication with every customer.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience: * Diploma holders (any discipline) are welcome to apply with or without experience.

GCE ‘A’/’O’/’N’ Level or ITE holders require at least 1 year of sales experience.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless and internet solutions is considered an advantage.

National Service: Male applicants should have completed their National Service.

Attitude: A positive mindset with a genuine passion for customer service.
Working Hours & Schedule

Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to perform shift duties, which includes working on weekends and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,800 to $2,500.
