Key Responsibilities
The role involves driving sales through product knowledge and maintaining a welcoming store environment:

Customer Engagement: Greet and attend to walk-in customers, offering friendly and personalized service. You will recommend suitable mobile accessories—such as phone cases, screen protectors, and chargers—based on their specific device and lifestyle needs.

Sales & Promotion: Proactively promote the store’s range of mobile gadgets and accessories to meet sales targets.

Daily Operations: Handle cashiering duties accurately and manage general shop operations. You will be responsible for maintaining shop cleanliness and ensuring that products are displayed effectively to attract customers.

Inventory Support: Assist with regular stock checking and replenishment to ensure all popular items are always available for customers.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in sales or the retail industry. Experience specifically in mobile accessories or gadgets is a significant advantage.

Availability: Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as part of the retail roster.
Working Hours & Schedule
The position follows a 5.5-day work week:

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Salary & Commission

Monthly Salary: $2,500 to $3,000.

Incentives: The remuneration package includes a Basic Salary plus Sales Commission, offering high earning potential based on performance.
