Senior / Staff Nurse (NMC)

PARKWAY HOSPITALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for their Nippon Medical Care (NMC) clinic located within Gleneagles Hospital. This is a 6-month Contract position within IHH Healthcare, the largest private healthcare provider in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

The role balances clinical expertise with patient coordination, specifically supporting health screening and pediatric services:

• Clinical Procedures: Perform ECGs, blood collection (phlebotomy), vital signs measurement, and clinical measurements such as visual acuity and hearing tests.

• Pediatric Support: Assist doctors with infant assessments, including precise measurements of a baby’s height, weight, and head circumference.

• Patient Guidance: Lead patients through health screening procedures, explain waiting times, and provide reassurance to reduce patient anxiety.

• Clinic Protocols: Administer vaccinations and perform basic wound dressings according to strict clinical and infection control protocols.

• Administrative Support: Assist with patient registration, appointment coordination, and the digital management of radiology and blood reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Professional Registration: Must be Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Language: Ability to speak Japanese is a significant advantage, as the role involves communicating with Japanese-speaking clients at the Nippon Medical Care center.

• Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in healthcare.

Working Hours & Schedule

The role follows a standard clinic schedule:

• Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

• Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this contract position ranges from $3,000 to $5,000.
