LICKING GOOD TIMES PTE. LTD. is looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join their team in Hougang. This Full Time role is an entry-level position that offers a unique flexibility with Employee’s Choice of Days Off, allowing for a better personal schedule.
Key Responsibilities
As a service crew member, your daily tasks will adapt based on customer volume, but core duties include:

Customer Interaction: Greet every customer upon entry and provide a welcoming experience. You will handle questions and resolve complaints, referring complex issues to management when necessary.

Order Fulfillment: Assist with food preparation and serving to fill customer orders promptly and accurately.

Financial Transactions: Process payments across various methods, including cash, checks, and credit cards, using both traditional registers and digital systems.

Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure that both food preparation areas and customer seating areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.

Stock Management: Monitor and replenish essential supplies like napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials, notifying management of low inventory levels.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: No prior experience is required, and the role is open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates. Comprehensive training will likely be provided.

Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $2,400 to $2,500.
