Key Responsibilities

The role is highly hands-on, involving everything from front-facing service to specialized kitchen duties:

  • Daily Operations: Handle cashiering, attend to walk-in customers promptly, and manage incoming calls for delivery orders.

  • Tea Crafting: Perform specialized kitchen duties, including the art of tea making and preparing ingredients to KOI’s exact standards.

  • Inventory & Maintenance: Assist in stock taking and recording while ensuring work areas are kept impeccably clean and tidy.

  • Closing Duties: Responsible for the closing of the shop (specifically for night shift staff) to ensure the outlet is ready for the next day’s operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: No experience is required, as full on-the-job training is provided.

  • Commitment: Minimum 6 months commitment required.

  • Availability: Must be able to work 5.5 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Attributes: Pleasant disposition, well-groomed, and a cooperative team player who can multitask independently.

  • Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.

Salary & Employee Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: $2,300 to $4,000 (includes overtime pay and allowances).

  • Rest Days: 7 off days per month.
