📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse at CGH, you will be at the frontline of patient recovery and team coordination:

Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive direct patient care to an assigned group of patients within various hospital settings.

Leadership & Supervision: Act as a mentor by supervising, guiding, and directing junior nurses within your assigned team.

Specialized Placements: Depending on your expertise and hospital needs, you may be rotated through various departments, including:

General Wards
-
High Dependency Units (HDUs)

Intensive Care Units (ICUs)

Psychiatric Ward (Psy Ward)

Radiology, Endoscopy, and Cath Lab settings.

🎓 Job Requirements

Education: Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience: Requires at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

Senior Position: Candidates applying for the Senior Staff Nurse position must possess an Advanced Diploma or a post-basic certificate in a relevant nursing discipline.

Registration: Must be currently Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Availability: Ability to perform three rotating shifts, which include working on weekends and Public Holidays.
