SUCCESS FOOD PARADISE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Storekeeper to oversee stock control and staff management. This Full Time, Professional role is critical to the F&B department, ensuring that inventory for food, beverages, and operations is managed with high precision and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
The role combines heavy logistics coordination with administrative and promotional planning:

Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and store all goods. You must monitor “Periodic Automatic Replacement” (PAR) levels and par levels to ensure the store is never understocked.

Quality Control: Inspect all incoming deliveries and refuse any damaged or incorrect items. You are responsible for the daily upkeep and hygiene of storage facilities.

System Documentation: Post all invoices and requisitions into the Material Management System (MMS). Ensure every requisition is signed by the relevant Head of Department (HOD) and the collecting staff.

Financial & Vendor Liaison: Work with the Purchasing department to order items and assist Accounts Payable in resolving cost discrepancies or vendor delivery issues.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement retail promotion strategies to support the store’s growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience: Requires 5 years of experience, particularly in retail management, sales, or F&B inventory operations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory/material management software.

Attributes: Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Schedule

Monthly Salary: $3,200 to $6,000.

Availability: Must be available to work during opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
