Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, counting, and distributing stocks to various designated locations within the workplace. They will receive, inspect, and store stocks in good order, ensuring all items are stored in compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. The candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and replenish supplies as required. They will monitor stock levels and update quantities daily via the system. They will move heavy pallets and goods using a forklift, perform daily chemical dilutions, and maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas. They will also work closely with procurement and complete any ad-hoc assignments with responsibility.
Required qualifications
The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. They must be physically capable of handling and moving heavy pallets and goods. The candidate must be comfortable working a 6-day work week from early morning to late afternoon in the South region.
Experience needed
This is a non-executive level position. The candidate should have at least 1 year of working experience in the F&B, logistics, or supply chain sector. Any type of prior experience operating a forklift or handling fresh produce inventory will be considered a strong asset. On the job guidance regarding the specific chemical dilution processes and inventory systems will be provided to the selected candidates.
