BREAD DE DULCE PTE. LTD. is hiring Full Time Service Crew for the Subway outlet located at Oasis Terraces in Punggol. This position is open to entry-level candidates and offers a clear pathway into the F&B industry with structured training through the “University of Subway”.
📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Sandwich Artist, you will manage the customer experience from the initial greeting to food preparation and payment:

Customer Service & Sales: Greet guests with a cheerful manner, demonstrate complete menu knowledge, and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance orders.

Food Preparation: Prepare sandwiches neatly and accurately according to established Subway formulas. You must adhere to strict food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.

Cashiering & POS: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to record orders and process payments. You will be responsible for the “Cash-In Procedure,” accounting for all money and stock during your shift.

Inventory & Logistics: Assist with receiving stock deliveries, arranging inventory, and updating the POS system. You will also monitor and restock items in the service area to ensure a smooth shift.

Maintenance: Follow the “3-step method” for cleaning and maintain all restaurant areas to uphold a clean brand image.
🎓 Prerequisites & Physical Requirements

Education: Some high school or equivalent.

Experience: No previous experience is required; however, you must be able to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, bend, and walk for the entire workday.

Must be able to lift 5 kg frequently and up to 20 kg occasionally.
