MOLLY TEA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for passionate Tea Baristas to join their team at Chinatown Point or Orchard Road. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant, customer-facing environment and have a love for specialty beverages.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers everything from beverage crafting to store maintenance:

Beverage Preparation: Handcraft milk teas, fruit teas, and other specialty drinks according to brand standards.

Customer Service: Manage the front-of-house by taking orders, handling the POS system, and delivering a high standard of service.

Operations: Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily team coordination.

Hygiene: Maintain a spotless and organized work area to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: No experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided for all newcomers.

Attributes: Seeking responsible team players with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Availability: Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Hours & Schedule
Molly Tea offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time staff:

Full-Time: 5-day work week, approximately 44 hours per week (shift-based).

Part-Time: Minimum of 4 hours per day with flexible scheduling.
Salary & Benefits

Full-Time Salary: $2,300 to $3,300 per month.

Part-Time Pay: $12 to $15 per hour (depending on experience).
