SBS LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Traffic Controller specialized in Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments. Based at UB Point in Ubi, this Full Time, Junior Executive role is central to coordinating smooth distribution and delivery operations between sales and the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves high-level coordination and real-time monitoring of logistics assets:

Shipment Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, process customer orders, and manage LCL documentation accurately.

Port & Vessel Monitoring: Track vessel schedules using industry systems like PSA PortNet, SATS, or SIA to ensure timely cargo movement.

Planning & Dispatch: Plan and monitor deliveries for loose cargo, coordinating closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Fleet Maintenance: Liaise with workshops for truck breakdowns or accidents and schedule vehicles for routine LTA inspections and repairs.

Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and resolve any operational issues or safety risks encountered during transport.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires a minimum of 1 year in Customer Service and 2 years in Logistics & Supply Chain, specifically within the transportation industry.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PSA PortNet, SATS, or SIA and a reasonable knowledge of Singapore’s roads, yards, and port operations.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to speak an additional language is considered a plus.

Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,700 to $3,500.
