Key Responsibilities
The role involves end-to-end travel planning and client management:

Consultation: Recommend and match holiday destinations and travel products based on specific client needs and preferences.

Reservation Management: Handle bookings for hotels, resorts, transportation, and partner services, including sightseeing and itinerary arrangements.

Visa Support: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications, with a particular advantage if you have experience with European and American visas.

Marketing & Digital Engagement: Use social media platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), Instagram, and Facebook to engage with clients and assist in marketing campaigns.

Client Communication: Provide professional advice and prompt responses to inquiries via phone, in-store, and online platforms.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively serve a diverse client base.

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in the travel industry. However, fresh polytechnic or college graduates are welcome to apply as comprehensive training is provided.
