Warehouse Assistant

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is hiring Warehouse Assistants for various locations across Singapore]. This is a Permanent, Full Time position with opportunities for entry-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a comprehensive range of warehouse and logistics tasks:

  • Goods Handling: Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload goods while strictly following safety protocols.

  • Inventory Control: Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing goods. You will manage stock levels using inventory control methods to ensure accuracy.

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label items for delivery, ensuring all dispatches are timely and accurate.

  • Maintenance: Maintain warehouse cleanliness (housekeeping), perform basic equipment checks, and handle facility maintenance or basic technical work as needed.

Required Qualifications & Traits

  • Licensing: A valid Class 3 license is required. Possession of a forklift license is considered a significant advantage.

  • Physicality: Must be physically fit and capable of handling physical demands, including working for extended periods outdoors.

  • Attitude: Seeking proactive, self-motivated individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn.

  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work long hours when required, with overtime (OT) pay provided.

Experience Needed

This role is open to Fresh/entry level applicants, though 1 year of experience in General Work or Logistics is preferred.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,800 to $2,600.

    I had have working experience as a operations specialist/ engineer in a manufacturing. My role mainly focus on warehouse operations.

    I handle, in and out of raw materials to warehouse from supplier and from sister companies, in and out of raw materials and finished goods from production.
    I ensure that system (SAP) and physical count or inventories are tallied.
    Handle the maintenance of units such as forklifts, reach truck, and jack pallets (automatic and manual).

    I am currently at the Philippines, but if given a chance I would love to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained with my previous roles.
