SHOPPING BAG (S) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant at the Junior Executive level to manage their inventory and distribution hub. While the company’s registered address is at Millenia Tower, the actual working site for this role is in Penjuru, supported by dedicated company transportation.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role involves comprehensive inventory management, from receiving imports to fulfilling local retail stock:

Inbound Logistics: Receive, move, and store incoming goods. You will be responsible for inspecting items to ensure the quantity, type, and quality match the documentation.

Storage Optimization: Select appropriate storage spaces and organize goods neatly on shelves to ensure they are easily identifiable and accessible.

Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack items for both local delivery orders and international exports, ensuring all shipping standards and requirements are strictly met.

Distribution Support: Prepare deliveries for drivers and assist in arranging inventory transfers to various retail outlets. Occasionally, you may be required to deliver stocks directly to shops.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe workplace. You will also periodically check that packaging and cleaning materials are sufficiently stocked.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or general industrial work.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule

Days: Mondays to Fridays.
